Q: How can I get some samples?
We are honored to offer you samples if you find the styles you are interested in or send us your own designs. Need to pay for the sample charges and the courier charges too.
Q: How shall we do if order quantity do not get to MOQ?
We may increase FOB price base on the quantity.
Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
To make sure customers buy good quality material and service from us. Before customers place orders, we will send each sample to the customer for approval. Before shipment, our staff will check quality 1pcs by 1pcs.
Q: Where is your Loading Port?
Xiamen, China, and if shipment from Vietnam then Haiphong port.
Q: I want to add my logo or design of my own, is it ok?
Yes, of course, we provide OEM/ODM service, just tell us your idea, and let us do some samples for you.
Q: What payment terms do you accept?
Usually, we support T/T. Deposit 30% by T/T in advance, the balance 70% to be paid before shipment (after inspection). We can also accept L/C payment terms for big amount shipment.
Q: When can you send me the shoes after my payment?
The production lead time is about 60 days after order confirmed.
Q: What is production capability each month?
We can do the production of about 100,000 pairs sandal every month.
Q: Testing of material and finished product done in laboratory?
Yes, we can get the material test report and sandal test report done by the certified lab if the customer has these requirements.
